Thrasher December 1983 Vintage T-Shirt - Black

This isn't just any cover. It's the December 1983 Thrasher cover, featuring Steve Shelton, Big Steve, doing a frontside grind in a backyard pool, photographed by Mofo. Shelton is a major figure in the Arizona scene, and that image became one of the defining portrayals of 80s pool skateboarding.

The print is intentionally aged, with a worn look as if the t-shirt has been in a closet for ten years. Soft hand printing in the center of the chest, which is soft to the touch instead of rigid.

The cut is a boxy fit, wider and shorter, with dropped shoulders, made from pre-shrunk cotton with enzymatic washing, which gives it that worn-in softness right from the start. Stitched label instead of printed.
