Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, so you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the condition you received it, unused and unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to present your receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at no23skateboards@gmail.com. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: Rua de São Filipe, 12A, 1DTO - 2950-483 Palmela - Portugal
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as information on how to ship and where you should send your package. Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions/Items that cannot be returned
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), personalized products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you receive the items you want is to return the item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of a new item.


European Union 14-day cancellation period
Regardless of what is mentioned above, if the items are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within a period of 14 days, for any reason and without obligation to provide a justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the condition you received it, unused and unworn, with tags attached and in the original packaging. You will also need to present your receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded using your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.

We offer refunds and/or exchanges within the first 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since the date of your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

We only offer refunds on items sold at regular price, sale items cannot be returned.

If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or lost refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
