S-One V2 Lifer Black / Pink Checkers CPSC Certified Helmet

Black and pink checkerboard pattern on the Lifer, the helmet that made S One famous. A direct reference to the checkerboard pattern that has been present in skateboarding since the 80s, from Vans to the seats of California bowls, here in a colour that can be seen from afar.

The EPS Fusion foam is what separates this helmet from soft foam models. S One took these to the lab and confirmed that impact energy was directly transferred to the head, and developed a foam that can withstand both a strong blow and the accumulation of small falls throughout a session. CPSC high impact and ASTM multi-impact certification, with up to five times greater protection than uncertified helmets.

It sits deep, covers the back of the neck well, and the size is adjusted with liners of different thicknesses. Each production batch is tested.
