Per Welinder is Swedish and was one of the greats of freestyle in the 80s, at a time when almost everyone at Powell came from California. His graphic was the Nordic skull.
This is a Blacklight version, made with paints that react to ultraviolet light. In daylight, it's a normal board. Under blacklight, the graphic lights up.
The shape is original and short: 9.625 inches wide by only 29.75 long, with a 3.65 nose and a 6.23 tail. The wheelbase is 14.88 inches. SP3 concave, shallower than what is used today.
