Heroin Skateboards was founded in 1998 by Fos (Mark Foster) in New Cross, London. The name is a direct reference to Fos's addiction to skateboarding, and the brand became known for its irreverent graphics and the top-notch construction of its decks, manufactured at BBS.
The Mega Mutant is an enlarged version of Heroin's Mutant shape: a 10.4" x 32" shaped deck with a 14.375" wheelbase and mellow concave, designed for bowl, pool, and transition.
The melting orange creature graphic is unmistakable, with a dipped orange finish all around the deck.
The Razor Edge construction tapers the top's side edges instead of rounding them, creating a wider support area and more response in flips. 7-ply Canadian maple manufactured at BBS.
