Bonesaw are Creature's rails, featuring the saw-blade design that gives the model its name. They screw onto the bottom of the deck, next to the trucks.
They serve two purposes. One is sliding: with rails, the board glides over ledges, coping, and handrails without the wood sticking. The other is protection: the plastic wears down instead of the bottom of the deck.
