The 88 Wheels Mitch Thompson Big Mitty 82mm 74A were developed for downhill competition, focusing on speed, grip, and control on demanding descents. Developed in collaboration with skater Mitch Thompson, these wheels were designed to offer confidence in corners and maintain traction throughout their wear.
With an 82 mm diameter and a wide 70 mm contact patch, they use a lip profile specifically designed to maintain grip for longer. The high-rebound F1 urethane provides a fast and smooth roll, while the stiff, offset-positioned core helps reduce wheel deformation at high speeds.
The Big Mitty debuted in competition at the 2024 WDSC in Erzincan, Turkey, taking the top spot on the podium.
